The Ranch has been Winterized!

The family rotation during the “on-season” will remain. Each family will have one week set aside for them but the Family Representative must confirm their dates by February 1st. Please see calendar.

Each family representative will schedule their time at the ranch.  After the Original Families have confirmed their reservations the rest of the dates are open to any family members. Please use the reservation form above.

Reservations to be finalized by February 1st. Family time not scheduled then will be open to the waiting list. 

Reservations require a deposit of $100 due within 7-10 days of your confirmation or as scheduled. Deposit is applied to rent.

To help pay for taxes, propane and a maintenance, the Corporation Presidency and the board of directors has set a rental fee rate of:  

Family Rental Rates: $7.00 per person per night, 

$5.00 per person for day use only 

Outside Group Rental Rates: $10.00 per person per night, 

$8.00 per person for day use only 

*children ages two and younger are free* 

Please send your rental fees within 7-10 days following your stay.

If you need to cancel your reservation please notify us a minimum of 3 weeks before your stay. Your deposit is non-refundable*.

If ranch is *unusable (fire, flood, family death, etc.) that reservation goes to top of that season waiting list and refund made.

Reservations limited* to: 

• Monday noon - Thursday noon
• Thursday noon - Monday noon

*Except for your assigned family schedule.
