1. Kitchen and dining room floor replacement.
2. Dining room ceiling painted
3. Clean are rehab ice house.
4. Resource book- maps and instructions, etc. (in process)
5. Clean the pond.
6. Winter use of Ranch. (in process)
7. Remove tree by kitchen.
8. Replace or repair porch deck.
9. Replace the bridge over dairy canyon creek.
10. Concrete floor in part of ramada.
11. Riding lawn mower. (in process)
12. Flooring in bath and shower of cabin need finish.
13. Repair sky light in A-Frame.
14. Plant more trees.
15. Improve the water system pressure.
16. Sprinkler system in front lawn.
17. Stain cabin steps and porch, and rodent control in the cabin attic.
18. Finish floor in A Frame, 2 nd floor.
19. Install generator gas line.
20. Replace water heater in old house.
21. Repair shower faucets in A Frame.
22. Lawn fertilized.
PPROJECTS COMPLETED
1. Remove old part of cabin.
2. Heater and cook top in cabin for winter use.
3. Level propane tank and connect to cabin.
4. Enclose generator and solar system.
5. Suggestion box and cards.
6. Second Bathroom in big house.
7. New batteries for solar system.
8. Roof on shed attached to big house.
